Job Description

Sales Manager is responsible for delivering sales objectives, coaching and leading the team members. Sales Manager plays a key role in commercial and sales decisions and actions.

Responsibilities

  • Own, manage and communicate sales team strategy
  • Lead and develop team performance
  • Cooperate with both internal and external parties for the sales operations issues
  • Update the market information to do the sales analysis
  • Plan the forecast and sales focus
  • Other tasks as assigned by Hanoi Branch Manager
  • Salary package and incentives are very competitive
  • Working time from Monday to Friday

Job Requirement

  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales department of a FOOD industry player with at least 2 years in similar role.
  • Leadership and analytical skills
  • Food lover, customer oriented
  • Results-oriented, Team player
  • Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Email, Internet)
