Job Description:
As a Paper Packaging Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth through effective management of our paper packaging product line. Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including prospecting and establishing relationships with potential clients.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and customer service, to deliver tailored packaging solutions that meet customer needs.
Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements.
Providing sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management to support decision-making and resource allocation.
Leading and mentoring a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve individual and team goals.
Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the paper packaging industry.
Strong knowledge of paper packaging products, manufacturing processes, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels.
Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as required.
Experience in servicing clients such as Walmart, Home Depot or similar companies is an advantage
