Initiate and Develops business plan for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects to serve existing customer, expand and penetrate new markets.
Provides timely feedback to General Director of sales regarding performance.
Creates and conducts proposal presentations
To meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
To maintain close liaison with customers on all aspects of the business.
To establish good marketing intelligence system and conduct market surveys when required
To maintain close liaison and communication within the company i.e. R&D, Technical Service, Production, Purchasing, Quality Assurance and Accounts in the course of the work.
To issue monthly sales reports and other specific report as required
To review enquiries, follow-up complaints, chasing orders, control customers credit facilities and manage collection.

Job Requirement
Male / Female min Bachelor degree or higher, aged max 35 years old
Honest, eager to learn and have high sense of responsibility
Target oriented, strong leadership, motivational and problem solving skill
Min 5-8 years sales experience in building materials industry
Familiar to building material retail/distribution network, area culture and principles of negotiations
Able to use Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
Having strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
Good command of English written & oral
Able to work in a team independently, and under pressure
Willing to work in Long Thanh Industrial Zone, Dong Nai province (company arrange transportation Bien Hoa – Long Thanh – Bien Hoa), and or other place based on company’s business planning
Willing to travel if needed.
