*** Job Summary:
Industry: Wine, spirit, beer, cider
To bridge the operational efficiencies between sales and marketing, enhancing the execution of strategies to strengthen WG&S’ market presence and sustain growth in the Vietnamese market.
*** Key Responsibilities:
SALES OPERATION (70%)
o Evaluate local sales force capabilities against global benchmarks and devise solid improvement strategies that are culturally and regionally adaptable.
o Drive action plans derived from market maturity assessments to enhance overall sales performance.
o Develop, localize, and execute a comprehensive sales capability program, setting clear milestones aligned with brand’s AOP strategic plan.
o Implement metrics and evaluation methods to measure progress post-training and capability enhancements.
o Optimize sales processes, customer segmentation, and resource allocation, contributing to talent development and motivation.
o Manage CRM and Sales Force Automation (SFA) systems integration, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights for revenue growth.
o Build a robust market analytics framework to support data-driven decision-making in RTC optimization.
o Establish rigorous controls and processes for promotions, pricing, and contracting to ensure efficiency and integrity.
o Oversee demand and sales forecasting, aligning bottom-up and top-down approaches for precise targeting and adjustment capabilities.
MARKETING (30%)
o Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with brand messaging and marketing campaigns.
o Contribute to trade marketing strategies by developing promotional plans and sales incentives that align with marketing efforts and drive both brand visibility and sales performance.
o Liaise between sales and marketing to facilitate the seamless execution of product launches and marketing initiatives, ensuring that the sales team is fully prepared and informed.
o Coordinate with marketing on the creation and distribution of sales materials and tools that support the selling process and enhance customer engagement.
o Participate in joint sales and marketing meetings to provide operational insights and to align on common goals, strategies, and tactical plans..
*** Requirements:
o Proven experience in sales capability and operations management.
o Commercial acumen with a track record in sales and/or commercial leadership.
o Proficiency in English and Vietnamese, with business Mandarin being an asset.
o Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic actions.
o Visionary leadership with a commitment to long-term strategic planning.
o Excellent communication skills, adept in influencing and steering diverse groups.
o A mindset geared towards continuous improvement and fostering a learning culture.
