Develop & execute learning & development programs for AF sales force and different channels;
Support the leaders to implement reports, analysis; manage sales effiency according to business strategy;
Support BDMs in sales promotion programs and activities;
Make daily, weekly, monthly reports to track business results and timely manage volatility;
Implement business policies/directions for sales staff, coordinate with relevant departments to come up with an effective set of sales targets / KPI/incentive policies;
Support & track hiring plan & attrition management of RMs/AF Managers;
Support in tracking key products from time to time: support process and issues related to some strategic products.
1. Educational Qualifications
University degree or higher in one of the followings: Banking, finance, business administration, investment, insurance;
2. Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise
Knowledgeable about products and services for priority customers, elite customers (individuals), especially deposits, investment, insurance, and credit cards;
Specialization in intensive report analysis.
3. Skills
Good skills in data management and analysis in excel, CRM, SQM, Corebanking, ..., presentation and good at Word, Power point;
Job management, sales support management.
4. Relevant Experience
Experience in macro, micro analysis, business planning.
