Lead Funnel
Accountable to the quantity, quality and velocity of the leads movement from top of funnel to the bottom of funnel.
Owns the measurements and improvements of the lead funnel.
Identify inefficiencies of geographic distribution of leads and unfavorable lead profiles
Administrator and guardian of the performance of Funnel.
Initiator of improvements and BD efforts to meet shortfalls caused by funnel performance
New Sources of Lead
Defines plans for both internal and/or external new lead sources to keep replenishing the funnel with new sources of leads.
Kicks off and owns new initiatives even if there are cross functional departments involved.
Collaborate with internal BUs and external partners to enrich funnel with new sources of leads.
Project Management
Be accountable for the management of project stakeholders, administration of business needs, interdependencies, risk management, variations and issues for successful project delivery
Preparation of business case for related approvals of the suggested stake holders, customer internal or external as defined by the business.
Design & implement specific project reporting, based on agreeable request
Reporting
Track and report on key milestones of the project plan during and completion of the project. Retain ownership post deployment of the project during the track phase to ensure relevant reporting, gap identifications and adjustments where required to ensure business expectations are met and project delivery is on course towards related commercial success.
Maintain a country project management framework for new project deployment and ongoing technology refresh and upgrade work or for future initiatives
Design & implement specific project reporting, based on agreeable request.
