Develop and Maintain Customer Relationships:
Cultivate and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers
Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or inquiries promptly
Achieve and Exceed Sales Targets:
Set and work towards sales targets, striving to exceed them
Implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve and surpass goals
Provide Market Feedback and Identify Customer Needs:
Gather and provide valuable feedback on market trends and customer preferences
Identify customer needs and relay this information to the relevant teams for product improvement
Coordinate Product Demonstrations:
Collaborate with product specialists to arrange and execute detailed product demonstrations for customers
Ensure customers have a comprehensive understanding of the company's product offerings
Job Requirement
Proven sales experience in Hospitality, Beverage,Culinary, or related field
Knowledge of the HORECA channels, including market dynamics and customer needs.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English is a plus
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Team-working in fast-paced environment, collaboration skills
