Actively prospect for new leads through cold calling, emailing, networking, and attending industry events.
Qualify leads based on BANT (budget, authority, need, timeline) criteria to ensure they are a good fit for LygiaVien's products and services.
Opportunity Management:
Convert qualified leads into opportunities by conducting needs analysis, creating tailored proposals, and negotiating terms.
Collaborate with BDMs/KAMs to develop and execute sales strategies for specific opportunities.
Account Management:
Manage existing accounts, building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Job Requirement
Proven sales experience in Hospitality, Beverage,Culinary, or related field
1-3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the food service industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Team-working in fast-paced environment, collaboration skills
Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
