Established in 2006, ADVN Co., Ltd is a software company with 100% capital invested from ACECOM (Singapore). We are looking for the sales manager who is responsible for:
Present quotes and suggest solutions and products on customers needs for Vietnam markets.
Offer necessary product knowledge and technical expertise translating into successful sales
Coordinate with sales team to develop selling tools for presentations, demos and trade shows.
Suggest new product concepts, enhancements and potential new partnerships.
Handle in-depth knowledge of products and technologies, competitors and market conditions.
Maintain full lifecycle of sales process from prospecting to closure.
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Job Requirement
Minimum at least 2 years in the same position
Have experience in industries: Software, CMS, E-commerce, Mobile Application or related software sale
To Sale and Promote company software product and service in Map, DMS, CMS, E-commerce and Distribution.
Must be able to speak English.
Education Level: Minimum Bachelor degree in Information Technology or Business Administration
Must be comfortable working towards defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
