Assist customers with booking inquiries, cancellations, modifications, and refund requests across Soctrip car services.
Provide prompt and professional support through phone, email, and live chat.
Ensure fast response times (under 15 minutes for chat and under 30 minutes for emails/calls).
Identify opportunities to upsell premium services such as Hotel upgrades (better rooms, early check-in, breakfast, airport transfers)
Identify customer pain points and provide feedback to the Product and Revenue Management teams for service improvement.
Support in document all interactions using CRM and ticketing systems for case tracking.
Job Requirement
College/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales support in an OTA, airline, hotel, or travel-related platform.
Experience in sales-driven sales support, upselling, or cross-selling.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills for upselling.
Ability to manage high volumes of interactions while maintaining service quality.
Proficiency in CRM, live chat software.
