Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sample Room Manager (Garment, $2000, ID15812)

• Make, implement and manage strategic plan.
• Manage and control employees work schedule.
• Assess employee productivity to improve their performance by training programs, offer technical guidance and handling labor issues.
• Develop sample by connecting with all Sale Team and related departments in factory.
• In charge of quality samples, delivery schedule, inspection.
• Enhance the productivity of equipment, tools and technique points.
• Evaluate buyer to remove ineffective ones and develop sample room.
• Other tasks assigned by manager.
