SEA Sales Manager (Fabric, Open For Expat)

Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a SEA Sales Manager (Fabric, Open For Expat, $3700, ID15261)

• Develop fabric suppliers in Southeast Asia, create and preserve a positive relationship with consumers
• Establish sales targets, guide sales teams to meet the goals, assess performance against targets, and make necessary adjustments to the targets
• Evaluate the team's present practices and procedures, find areas for development, and put those changes into action
• Provide precise and thorough sales projections.
• Create, oversee, and track the Technical, Merchandising, and Quality Control teams' progress toward the sales strategy regularly.
• Update and evaluate the systems, processes, and working practices in place
• Examine and supervise the financial controls, including the legal claims, excess fabric, fabric liabilities, and debit notes.
• Examine and manage departmental reports, including hit rates, margins, and sales projections.
• Monitor the fabric mill loadings and oversee the manufacturing loadings summary with the apparel suppliers.
• Gather market data and trends to suggest new product development projects
