Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Support and Maintenance:
- Technical support and remote assistance worldwide towards internal and external customers.
- Service, maintenance, and upgrades on Seaonics existing install base.
- Technical support on existing systems in operation.
- Annual inspections on existing systems in operation.
2. System Implementation and Commissioning:
- Commissioning of new systems globally.
3. Customer relations:
- Inhouse technical support towards internal and external customers.
- Customer relations and close customer contact.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
· Experience: Previous experience in maritime activities or control systems and drives is an advantage.
· Skills & Competencies:
o Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
o Passion for technical solutions and continuous learning.
o Service- and solution-oriented mindset for increased customer satisfaction.
o High focus on quality and continuous improvement.
o Excellent teamwork skills, and a team player who shares best practices to support others in achieving goals and the best overall results for Seaonics.

· Other Requirements:
o Eligible to obtain a work visa for international assignments.
