Grasp customer behavior/needs and periodically update customer knowledge by collecting, analyzing customer information and their needs.
Research the market, competitors and understand customer needs; Develop policies and programs for customers.
Build CVP with key offerings for targeted segment. Manage CVPs implementation by doing periodically assessment (offering implementation, customer feedbacks, competitors) to make appropriate adjustments. Work with product departments on features, pricing, processes, policies and promotions to go to market as well as simultaneously participate with sales and services model to ensure the offerings fit with CVP and targeted customers’ needs.
Work together with segment team to develop and build acquisition programs &retention programs for Private client growth.
Build separate diverse product packages suitable for Private Customer groups (Personas), build superior product features for Private customers.
Work together with segment team to develop client journey for Private clients to improve client’s experience via high standard process & service quality.
Interface with Retail Marketing/Marcom for promotion of partnership program to VPB client & VPBank internal.
Job Requirement
1. Trình độ Học vấn/ Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in banking and finance and above.

At least 6 years’ experience in banking, in the areas of Affluent and/or Private segment.
Experience working in the fields of segmentation research field for the priority, HNW/UHNW customers is an advantage.

Extensive experience in Relationship Management and Affluent and/or Private Banking business
Deep knowledge and understanding of Affluent Sales
Strong knowledge of financial products and services, with a good understanding of how economic events impact global markets; business fields and partners provided bespokes services to HNWIs/UHNWIs
