Coordinate with team and production team • Promote and explore for new business and maintain good relationship with customers and suppliers • Handle customers' inquiries and complaints • Follow up sample developing, quotation, packaging, order processing and delivery arrangement. • Perform ad hoc duties when required
Job Requirement
Over 1 year working in an ATL agency and dealing with clients.
Have 1 year of working experience in Client Service or any related field.
Having experience working with Japanese clients is highly preferred.
Knowledge and understanding of the working process with client at an advertising agency.
Good communication skills in English
Good Microsoft Office skills especially PPT and Excel
