Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
- Ensure accounting transactions to meet and comply with Tax Laws, Principles And Standards Of Finance And Accounting.
PRINCIPAL JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Check sales invoices, supplies invoices integrated in accounting system from Operation system.
- Check daily banking and transfer payment request to suppliers.
- Review accounting documents and input data into local accounting software.
- Prepare and submit tax declarations for VAT, CIT, FCT, etc.
- Follow up party aging monthly.
- Prepare the data for submission to Audit.
- Prepare Audit confirmation letter to client and suppliers.
- Process general accounting tasks for financial statement preparation.
- Other ad-hoc duties when being assigned.
Job Requirement
Technical knowledge and Skills
- Educational Qualification: College/ University
- Professional Qualification: Accounting, finance, auditing
- Specialist Knowledge: Demonstrate a proficient level of skill and knowledge in accounting field.
- Communication / Language: Fluent in English – oral and writing
- Computer Aptitude: Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Power Point
- Detailed Experience Levels: Minimum 02 year in accounting or finance or audit department. Experience in Logistics and Shipping industry is preferable.
