Job Scope

• Monitor the pending in system such as DND; TPS; VMS and follow up to clear it timely and accuracy.
• Monitor the pending of payment in both Agent and HQ's books
• Able to support and/or handle the task relates to tax declaration report; control and/or monitor the cost; reconciliation report

Job Responsibility

• Well-know the billing system in detail such as DND; TPC; MISC; DOC; VMS.
• Well-know the payment system in detail such as PO; IPV; bank' system.
• Well-know the tax report types and the way to doing these reports.
• Support Chief Accountant to monitor/control the agent's cost (SAP) and doing yearly budget.
