This position is responsible for following:
1. Financial reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statements.
2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Colloborate with other departments to develop and monitor the annual budget.
3. Internal controls: Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures, monitor internal controls to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
4. Financial analysis: Conduct financial analyses, provide insights into financial performance of manufacturing operations.
5. Process improvement: identify and implement process improvement to enhance efficiency and accruacy in financial reporting and accounting processes.
6. ERP system management: utilize and optimize the ERP system for accounting and financial functions.
7. Risk managements: identify financial risks, proposing and implementing strategies to mitigate these risks.
8. Project: working with production team to validate the financial data to ensure financial data accuracy.

Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or in related discipline

Working Experience 

• 5+ years of working experience in accounting in manufacturing company
• 1+ years of managerial/leadership experience is preferred.                                                                                                                                                                                                  
• Good command of MS Office, highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• English skills at intermediate level.
• Detailed oriented person able to work efficiently and accurately.
• Familiar with Accounting system, have knowledge and experience of ERP system is preferred.
• Experience with accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
