Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding or work with recruitment company.
Manage employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
Draft and make contracts: Offer letter, probation contract, labour contract…
Administer payroll, benefits, and other HR-related programs.
Handle employee relations and address any issues or concerns.
Performance Management: manage, support the General Director and Line manager in processing the goals/objectives, and year-end performance review.
Compliance: Study, and update relevant regulations on the Labour code, labor compliance reports, visa, resident card, and work permits.
Register with the SI Department for Social, Health Insurance for employee procedures.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Maintain office supplies and ensure the office environment is well-organized.
Coordinate company events and meetings.
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.
Assist General Director in daily activities (meeting arrangements, car booking…)
Oversee booking air tickets, collect grab monthly invoices, express details and invoices…
Be the main contact with office building for related matters: leasing contract, parking,…
Other tasks as assigned by GD and HR Manager.

Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Legal, Business administration, Human Resource management, etc).
•Good command of English.
• Proficient in MS Office computer skills.
• At least 2 years’ experience in HR & Administration Leader in international companies, especially experience of working for a Japanese company is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and attention to detail.
