Senior Art Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Art Director (Team Leader) to join our diversified creative team at PNJ Group.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Senior Art Director:

• Provide distinctive art concepts for all channels, including but not limited to advertising, digital, in-store experiences and social media;
• Lend support and guidance to Art team members; Designers and other stakeholder within PNJ group
• Be able to work on multiple jobs concurrently and under pressure;
• Conceptualize, produce and supervise to deliver high-quality, creative artworks
• Accept constructive criticism and respond in smart way
• Excellently communicate ideas and present artwork persuasively with brand teams and stakeholders
• Recommend and update regularly new formats and tools to leverage in projects from art-side
• Conquer the brand with consistency across visual assets and help develop a unified design brand language as needed.

As a Team Leader

• Participate in day-to-day communication with key team members and partners to identify the right times to execute and the right times to delegate;
• Meet deadlines and manage art team traffic in collaboration with other teams within Creative (Design, Copy, Production) and other stakeholders
• Train and share updates regularly to enhance expertise and soft skills for art team in particular
• Build a team to win together not a halo for yourself at the end
