The Finance Specialist specializing for analyzing financial data, providing accurate and timely financial reports, and supporting decision-making processes through analytical tools like Excel/PowerQuery/PowerBI. The role also involves optimizing financial processes and ensuring data quality and reporting accuracy.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
a. Financial Goal Achievement:
Be mainly responsible for the yearly revenue/ number of client target of individual.
Work with Client Management Executive to invoice clients properly and timely and help to collect outstanding invoice if necessary.
b. Business Development:
Meet small new client to BD for surveys.
Respond to client queries about HRC projects. Collect data and arrange for higher level BD meeting
Support to prepare BD presentation file, draft proposal, contract for HRC project.
Support to prepare complex data analysis, presentation material for higher level to present about market updates, market insights (in meeting or conference call) to clients.
c. Surveys Process:
Contact with Mercer regional managers regarding medium/small forum (APCI, APHSS) or other survey (planning, improvement).
Be responsible for a big industry such as Consumer Goods, Hi-tech, Banking or 2 medium industries (from data collection, verification with local, regional and global clients to industry highlights) or a medium forum (APCI).
Double check data analysis of lower level when preparing industry highlights.
Present in Pre-survey meeting of a small group to train clients how to Job Matching and how to fill data for surveys (Vietnamese).
Work with big or difficult clients to collect and verify data, QC data, understand data insights. During data collection, work with client to do Job Matching (JM), advise client about Position Class (PC).
Support to check JM, PC, data of lower level if needed.
Train client in small group how use report and how to use WIN.
Respond to all complex questions about how to use survey reports and about market practices of a medium/small forum (APCI, APHSS) or a big industry such as CG, Hi-tech, Banking or 2 medium industries.
d. Project - Process Improvement:
Provide inputs, supports to update, improve QC programs, QC processes or working processes related to surveys and HRC to improve productivity and client satisfaction.
e. Project – HR Consulting:
Be a project coordinator for a medium HRC project.
Support HRC projects from market research, data analysis, to draft report preparation...
f. Regulatory Compliance and Audits:
Ensure all activities align with regulations, preventing compliance risks.
Support internal audits by providing accurate records and thorough explanations of procedures.
Job Requirement
Candidates who graduated from University/College (preferably Human resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law).
Minimum of 3 years of working experience in Survey field OR minimum of 5 years of working experience in C&B field.
Relevant certifications related to Mercer’s product usage, or C&B operations is a plus.
