Assist the Senior Finance Manager/ Assistant Manager in acting as a business partner with role focusing on Non- Material (MRO) transactions of the Purchasing Department in Vietnam
Working with the MRO Purchasing team and support them with various Finanancial information including (but not limited to) detail transactions, category spend, monthly and accumulated savings per Category.
Coordinate with Regional team/ PRC team to ensure the accuracy of data reported on behalf of Purchasing team including (but not limited to) Spend and Savings for each Category
Directly prepare the CEO Review Presentation monthly for VN MRO Spending and Savings, including analyzing the system data and validate them with Purchasing team beforehand.
Update, maintain and improve the VN MRO Power BI as well as working with PRC team to combine PRC data and build a BI to report for both teams.
Support all members of MRO Purchasing with variance and root cause analysis.
Support Purchasing Finance team with pushing and reminding other teams with deadlines and tasks.
Support the Senior Finance Manager and Assistant Manager with ad-hocs report and other tasks as requested.
Role might be extended to other scopes within the PUR FIN team.
Job Requirement
Academic
Bachelor Degree, major in Finance/ Accounting
Must be fluent in English (Business communication )
Knowledge of Mandarin/ Cantonese is a plus
Must have strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI
Good presentation skills
Years of experience
3-5 years experience in Finance/ Management Accounting with some exposure in Manufacturing environment or in a Financial Analyst role.
Experience working in a Multi-national company
Special knowledge
Be open minded and adaptive to new practice/ environment
Very good interpersonal skills with positive attitude toward other team members and the company
Very good Problem solving and multi-tasking skill
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
