Job Purpose
The job holder
- Responsible for proposing and implementing measures and solutions for effective management of business activities of the Division and for each customer segment of the Division.
Key Accountabilities (1)
Main duties
- Establishing KRAs and managing KRAs
- Managing portfolios of credit efficiency and quality, monitoring the implementation of improvement actions
- Focal point to support the implementation of incentive programs, sponsorship, customer care, and sales promotion programs
- Develop and promulgate deposit interest rates and implement ALCO's direction
- Cost management (including staffing)
- Coordinate the implementation of NPS index measurement
- Monitor the implementation of compliance with credit management policies and procedures of the Division to ensure compliance with the Bank's regulations
- BCP, LCP plan
- Responsible for managing and resolving recommendations of inspection, examination, and audit
- Develop and promote organizational culture for Division

- Participate in capacity development training courses; Build a development roadmap for yourself

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Domain expertise:
- Having more than 12 years of experience in banking, sales/business support.
- Understanding of banking operations, customers and banking products.
- Deep understanding of the effective management model.
- Experience in leadership, people management, planning, strategic thinking, change management.
- English proficiency level 3 (TOEIC 650 or higher or other certificates of equivalent value) Qualifications:
- Graduated from university or higher, majoring in economics, finance, business.
