This job is to direct and oversee the daily operations of Manufacturing Maintenance Team of designated manufacturing site, & repair breakdown of critical machines.
1. Facilities Management (Manufacturing)
Direct and oversee the operations to ensure facilities with availability, reliability, efficiency with the most cost efficiency, including but not limit.
- Provide timely suitable facilities.
- Ensure equipment availability/realizable.
- Maintain and improve equipment in good condition.
- Well equipment/tooling/Spare part management.
- Best energy management.
- Automate machines, tooling internal fabrication.
- Provide suitable technical spec, capacity, capability equipment.
- Well manufacturing project management:
+ Timing and meet expectation.
+ Follow up with other Dept. to ensure the
+ Spare parts/Manpower meet the expectation and minimize impact to production activity.
+ Establish and accountability for the KPIs, cascade and follow up with team members to ensure the expectations are met.
2. ELECTRICAL AND CONTROL SYSTEM
Manage the Factory low-voltage network to ensure Power supply to Production is continuously. Electrical Site load manage and control. Manage the Energy consumption, Root-cause analysis and report. Lead and apply the Energy saving project and provide the technical training.
3. 5S AND IMPROVEMENT
Direct and oversee all the daily operations of:
- Do the housekeeping and keep the workplace clean at all-time.
- Propose and lead team to implement the improvement ideas and Kaizen to improve the working condition, reduce losses and save cost.
- Initial and leading improvement’s project
- Accountability for DMAIC
- Develop high work standard which can publish and apply to work.
4. EHS
Direct and oversee all the daily operations of: Follow and comply with the Environment-Health-Safety requirements.
5. MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP
Ensure your team is staffed, motivated, inspired, engaged, and empowered to deliver a high and sustainable performance level in an ever-changing environment at a cost level the organization can sustain and reflects market realities.
1. Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics or Mechatronics.
2. Experience:
- 8+ years of relevant working experience in Facilities (Facilities in manufacturing companies with at least 3 years of managerial/leadership experience.
- A minimum 8 years’ of working experience in the operations and maintenance of facilities system such as HVAC, Physical Building, Low Voltage electric, Exhaust, Ventilation systems, Air compressor, DI water, Vacuum systems, Clean Room.
3. Abilities:
- Experience in facilities management in manufacturing environment.
- Experience in leading manufacturing project.
- Language: Ability to use English for business communication.
