Job Description
- Managing, supervising the team's tasks, and training;
- Managing capital and cash flow;
- Creating annual financial budget plans based on departmental plans;
- Preparing and issuing management reports: financial reports, production and business activity reports;
- Planning financial status, ensuring quarterly and monthly income and expenditure reports for BOD;
- Working with tax authorities, financial partners, and auditors;
- Estimating quarterly income taxes, checking corporate income tax settlements annually;
- Establishing and submitting accounting reports, statistics, and settlements as required by state regulations and the company's charter, on time;
- Monitoring and coordinating with the legal department to ensure all documents comply with the company's activities;
- Other tasks as assigned by CFO.
Job Requirement
- Preference to Female;
- BA degree in tax accounting/ accounting/ finance/ auditing;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting roles with 2 years of experience in a teamleader or higher;
- Good knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance, and all types of tax returns
- Preference to candidate with experience in manufacturing and FMCG companies;
- Hardworking, flexible, good logic and commercial mindset; strong project management skills and influence skills;
- Ability to work independently and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in accounting software, systems, and MS Office
