• Building up, summarizing and data analysis labor expense/budget annually.
• Be the business strategic team in building employee relations employee relations with management/employees.
• Analysis, role of management for employee performance appraisal system in year.
• Cooperate with Training Development team in managing and organizing internal activities in terms of enhancing employee engagement.
• Announce the recruitment information in public if any (preparing Recruitment Ads to post on Savills Website, LinkedIn / Recruiting Websites; Internal Announcement or Newspapers).
• Schedule interviews. Administer tests to and conduct initial interviews of selected candidates to ensure that only qualified candidates are referred for department-level interviewing.
• Administer new hire procedures, including collecting all legal personal documents and certificates or reference checks.
• Develop and implements recruiting and screening systems and procedures to attract qualified candidates for position vacancies.
• Assists the Human Resource Director, where appropriate, in the development and preparation of the Savills’s Strategic Plan, Recruitment Plan and Employee Branding.
• Control the headcounts, checking, and ensure the personnel requirement are in headcount budget.
• Submit a suitable channel would be used to fill each vacancy to save cost.
• Industrial Relationship, Employee Relationship, Internal Communication as below:
• Act as a channel for two-way communication. Maintain good employee relations.
• Make recommendations on HR matters for legal, procedural, and documentary compliance and fair employee treatments.
• Conduct exit interviews of resigning staffs, identify reasons for staff turnover, highlight issues to line management and recommend program/ HR solutions.
• Counsel employees on discipline actions; disputes; illness or disability; and performance problems.
• Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by HR Manager.
• Bachelor’s in human resources management, Business Administration, or related education background.
• At least 1 year of experience in the same position.
▪ Experiences in mass recruitment is an advantage.
• Proficient English (both speaking and writing) is a plus.
• Patient and calm in pressurized situations.
• Consultative, constructive problem-solving approach.
