Planning & execution Starbucks Learning Program
· Lead projects for updating core training content sourced from Starbucks Asia-Pacific, ensuring adherence to quality standards and localization requirements.
· Coordinate the delivery of training programs, including facilitation and support for field management during execution.
· Observe the implementation of training programs to ensure consistency and accuracy in content delivery.
· Administer the training program calendar, overseeing the scheduling of training classes, workshops, and trainer certifications.
· Assign and collaborate with internal trainers for each training topic, aligning with the Operations team on training schedules.
· Update the L&D tracking program and conduct assessments at the conclusion of training programs to evaluate effectiveness.
Develop Coached and Facilitators
· Conduct Train The Trainer (CFs, ACFs, MTs) workshop and providing follow up coaching/feedback for Internal Trainers. Revise & upgrade content to match with the learning needs
· Implementing & develop L&D process in classroom training and in-stores coach certification
Driving Improvement
· Design, develop new programs and manage, including E-learning modules (Articulate Rise) in Learning Management System (LMS) and offline training materials.
· Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather input for course content and ensure relevance.
· Create lesson plans that effectively communicate training material and align with program objectives.
· Ensure integration and alignment of new programs with existing or anticipated training initiatives.
· Manage and analyze L&D data, compiling reports to evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and determine Return on Investment (ROI).
· Minimum of 4 - 5 years of Learning and Development
· Experience developing and implementing learning programs for local and global
· Strong project management skills; able to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
· Knowledge of and experience with Learning Management, Instructional Design learning content, Facilitator Skills, online course creation tools, and webinar/virtual classroom platforms
· Strong executive presence with ability to develop relationships, build rapport, and effectively interface with all levels within the firm
· Strong English reading, written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
· Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), E-learning Design (Articulate 360) & Data Management
