Job Description
1. Operations Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple order fulfillment centers.
- Ensure efficient and seamless order processing, inventory management, and timely order fulfillment.
2. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize order fulfillment processes.
- Improve operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Set goals, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitor performance metrics, especially in campaigns.
3. Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple fulfillment centers.
- Optimize fulfillment cost according to company objectives and key results (OKRs).
4. Quality Control:
- Ensure that all orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped according to customer requirements and quality standards.
5. Technology and Systems:
- Evaluate, implement, and maintain order management systems and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Explore automation and robotics solutions to improve productivity and reduce errors.
6. Customer Service and Support:
- Collaborate with customer service teams to address order-related inquiries and resolve customer issues.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the order fulfillment process.
7. Continuous Improvement:
- Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in order fulfillment operations.
- Analyze data, gather feedback, and implement process enhancements or automation to streamline operations and reduce costs.
8. Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to order fulfillment operations.
- Maintain safety standards, data privacy, and product labeling compliance.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics operations, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment with at least 3 years experience.
- Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes, inventory management, and supply chain principles.
- Proficient in using order management systems and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements related to logistics and order fulfillment operations.
