We are looking for a dedicated Senior Operations Expansion Executive specializing in logistics. If you have a passion for optimizing supply chain operations, excellent communication skills, and a track record of successful project delivery, we want to hear from you. Join our team and play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and excellence in logistics projects.

1. SET UP 3PL LOGISTICS

Prepare and manage information for new 3PL partners, including legal, accounting, and customer service requirements.

Develop and implement workflows for 3PL operations to ensure seamless integration and efficient processes.

2. 3PL LOGISTICS FINANCIAL ANALYSIS

Understand and analyze the cost structure of 3PL services and ensure accurate financial analysis and timely payment

3. 3PL LOGISTICS PERFORMANCE

Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs, including order accuracy, delivery times, and shipping costs.

4. 3PL LOGISTICS PERFORMANCE

Identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within the supply chain.

5. MANAGEMENT OF 3PL LOGISTICS

Serve as the primary point of contact for communicating with 3PL account managers and assisting internal teams with operational issues

6. Supply Chain Optimization

Work with warehouse and transportation teams to enhance workflow and reduce lead times.

7. Fulfillment Operations

Monitor fulfillment center performance and ensure orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner.

8. Vendor & Carrier Management:

Monitor carrier performance and negotiate contracts for cost-effective shipping solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in economics, business administrator or related majors.

• High attention to detail

• Ability to work with multiple excel, spreadsheet, formulas to deliver quality reports

• Around 2-3 years of working experience 

• Good at Microsoft Excel and proficient in English

• Be able to work in team and coordinate with other departments

• Pursue good communications, problem-solving and time-management skills
