Role Overview: You will coordinate and oversee the operation our arcade operations to ensure everything runs smoothly, from game maintenance to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. Efficient Operations:
· Ensure all arcade operations run smoothly.
· Assist customers and perform minor repairs on game machines.
· Explain game rules to customers and provide superior customer service.
· Find ways to enhance the quality of customer service.
· Work directly with the shopping mall to ensure smooth store operations.
· Working with vendors, suppliers.
2. Inventory and Reporting:
· Monitor store inventory levels daily to maintain product availability.
· Ensure accurate and timely completion of reports (e.g., purchase, inventory, sales).
· Manage the stocks at warehouse. One day per week at the warehouse.
· Manage the inventory at the warehouse and plan for transporting products from the warehouse to the store and vice versa.
3. Store Presentation:
· Keep the store and redemption area looking nice.
· Optimize store displays for better traffic flow.
4. Scheduling and Staff Management:
Plan and prepare work schedules for team.
Requirements:
· Experience: 1-2+ years work experience in a similar role.
· Gender: Male
· Skills: Knowledge of operations management, electronics, technology.
· Communication: Able to speak Vietnamese and English.
· Customer service experience with great communication skills and a positive attitude.
· Good at managing time and operations effectively.
· Flexible with working hours, including shifts, business trips, and overtime when needed for machine deliveries.
