As a senior Personal Development Coach, you will work with each student on an individual basis to formulate customized strategies. General duties of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following (based on a 44-hour work week):
Working 1-on-1 with our students using GPA-recognized lesson plans.
Assessing students’ strengths and areas for improvement to craft and execute suitable personal development strategies, discussing personal development goals with students and their parents.
Coaching and guiding students to ensure they are well-prepared for their future.
Guiding students to join local community services, Student Projects, student-based Community and Talent Projects, and further encouraging students to lead their own projects.
Keeping a record of development progress for each student and suggesting adjustments as needed.
Evaluating and reporting coaching outcomes to the STDC and parents of your students.
Facilitating occasional workshops for groups of 8-20 students.
Handling general administrative responsibilities associated with the above duties.

III. Competency Requirements
1. Education
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, Social Studies or a related field (Master’s degree is preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal development coaching or related experience.
Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience in teaching Social Emotional Learning (SEL) and the Seven Habits principles is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
2. Skills
Effective communication (Vietnamese and English), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

IV. Working time and location
Location: GPA office at Mipec Tower, 229 Tay Son, Dong Da District, Hanoi.
Working hours: 44 hours/week, from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. On Saturday, from 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM.
