Determine the amount of personnel, equipment, and raw resources required to meet manufacturing demand
Responsible of the monthly and master production schedule by updating manufacturing detail i.e. Job progress, WIP and output tracking, materials issues, machine loading in daily/ weekly/ monthly basis and justify capacity & productivity for optimizing production plan
Work closely with the Production team to achieve planned quantity and meet customer’s delivery date (OTD)
Work closely with the Purchasing team to ensure sufficient materials to support the production
Perform monthly forecast analysis
Follow the Engineering Change Notice (ECN), Bill of Materials (BOM) and New Production Introduction (NPI)
Commit product delivery to Sales or Customer Service to meet OTD, and provide advanced notice in case an order will be delayed
Monitor Epicor system and ensure MES Data Collection is done by operation team
Work with the Sales team and Purchasing team to salvage aging materials and WIP
Coordinate in monthly production stock take / inventory and report the data
Perform other tasks assigned by superior in ad-hoc basis
Job Requirement
· Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
3 - 5 years of working experience in the related field and manufacturing environment (prefer in High Mixed Low Volume)
Excellent analytical skills and great understanding of ERP system
Good interpersonal skills and able to work with people from all level
Team player, hands-on & take responsibility to lead for the operation activities
Strong work ethics, able to work under tight schedules and work under pressure
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and pay attention to details
Proficiency in basic computer skills such as Windows XP and Microsoft Office, Intermediate to advanced Excel
Excellent communication skills and fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin (preferrable)
