Senior PM Engineer

Job Description

• Support TPM program: AM pillar, PM pillar Conduct proper reactive maintenance; lead troubleshooting in cooperation with other teams
• Conduct proper plan and action of preventive maintenance
• Ensure new machines & NPD fixture set-up, buyoff & hand-over successfully
• Ensure machine, tool & fixture improvement through Kaizen activities
• Prepare reports, machine documentation and provide full training to technician team
• Support management in planning & implementing layout/ production technology & strategy
• Control all technician performance Make sure all production machine run smoothly
• Control for PM meet all department target (MTTR, MTTF, Downtime rate

Job Requirement

Education: BS degree in Engineering or Sciences, prefer from the field of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical or Automation Engineering

Experience: 3 years or above working experience of Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, strong analytical skills, scheming and organizational skills
• Good cooperation and management skills, teamwork oriented, proactive/initiative attitudes, can work independently with high pressure
• Fluent spoken and written English
