Job Description

1. In charge of purchasing spare part, equipment, tools for machines as assigned by the Head of Department

2. Receive the purchasing request from related departments. Sourcing & select suitable suppliers

3. Propose and consult optimized and suitable solutions for user and stakeholder

4. Prepare purchasing contracts

5. Create and follow up the Purchase Orders

6. Ensure the purchased commodities in accordance with requested quality, quantities and timelines

7. Be responsible for controlling, updating and maintaining the related purchasing documents & records.

8. Handling the complaints of company to suppliers.

9. Collect & make payment proposal for paying to suppliers

Job Requirement

Education: Bachelor degree in Economics, Business Administration, English Language, Supply chain, Logistic,... or related majors.

Experience: At least 2 year experience in similar position. Candidates with experience in purchasing spare part, instruments & tools for factory are preferred.

Language: Good English 

Other Skills:

Logical thinking

- Negotiation and Communication: be able to consult options and propose optimized solutions for stakeholder

CV in English with personal photo is a must.
