Accountability/Responsibility for reviewing/updating specification of finished products
Setting up HACCP plan and HACCP verification plan to ensure product safety and reviewing quality monitoring scheme of processes
Establishing quality monitoring scheme of finished products/ sampling plans and implement
Reviewing inspection results on finished products
Coordinating with other dept. to investigate for quality/food safety incidents to take correction & corrective action
Trend analysis of analytical results to take corrective/preventive action
Responsibility for keeping quality & reference samples.
Sampling to keeping samples for reference and quality monitoring during product shelf life
Reviewing results of keeping quality for action if needed
Establishing/reviewing release product procedure
Risk prevention/protection and safety
Making sure process running in accordance with corresponding instruction
Others requirement by line manager.
Job Requirement
1. Educationand Knowledge
- Graduated from Quality Management/Control, Industrial Management, Food Technology, - - Biotechnology or related majors - Basic knowledge of quality management systems: ISO, FSSC, ...
2. Experience: At least 2,5 years working in Quality Assurance /Quality Control in the chain of Retail/F&B or related fields.
3. Skills and Abilities
- Analytical and problem-stholving skills.; - Communication skills, logical thinking; - Proficient in office computer and statistical tools; - Honest, enthusiastic, meticulous with work.
