• Strong understanding of recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite and HR management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
