• Update/ improve database and analyze outcome to provide the insights.
• Leading data research in close cooperation with clients and colleagues to satisfy project requirements.
• Conducting in-depth data analyses using traditional and advanced methods.
• Writing/ developing reports and documents containing actionable recommendations.
• Travel to other provinces or cities for market research, if necessary.
• Understand expectations of clients and design surveys to meet projects requirement and present to Client if required.
• Manage client expectations regarding the depth of analysis contained within deliverables and on the timeliness of deliverables.
• Liaise with the property management, agency and other departments within the company to ensure a total understanding of the property market.
• Maintain the highest standards of ethics and confidentiality at all times.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of land law and other relevant legal issues in Vietnam.
• Actively seek new business and solutions/ Support HOR to prepare contracts and proposals and other related business development activities.
• Liaise with local and international clients and Vietnamese authorities Liaise with clients independently to secure additional work for the company.
• Training/ Guiding Junior and newcomers to ensure high quality of report and workload.
• Develop economic/ strategic/ forecasting models and research tools to support and maintain the leading market position of Savills’ Research and Consultancy.
• Other duties assigned by your manager.
• Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of market research and market analysis.
- Attention to details and results-driven.
- Strong qualitative and quantitative modelling.
- Strong analytical and report writing skills.
- Must understand the principles and practice of client care.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills.
• Education: Formal under-graduation/ master’s degree in economics, finance and urban planning.
• PC skills: The ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection PC skills and management of information.
