Job Description
- Conduct surveys and analyze customer requirements
- Plan the implementation of services and determine suitable technical solutions
- Assist customers in the pre-sales phase with in-depth knowledge
- Develop services programs according to specific customer requirements
- Inspect and troubleshoot issues as needed to ensure the stable operation of the inverter
- Provide maintenance services and technical support when necessary (24/7)
- Provide optimum service support for customers through phone, personal visits, etc,..
- Ensure that the system operates correctly and achieves the desired performance
- Manage relevant documentation (technical / engineering data, catalogues, standards, relevant accessories)
- Independent working ability, able to communicate effectively and act decisively
- Resilience under pressure and capability to keep track of complex situations
- Ensure OHS rules, compliance of Company Value
Job Requirement
Background: A University Degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering
Experience: ~2-3 years of experience in mechanical power transmission or field instrument
Knowledge and Skill:
- Be interested in automation/Inverter/ Instruments
- Be familiar with PLC, instrument, electrical drawing
- Computer literate, good in Microsoft Office tools, Auto-cad,…
- Working experience in a steel, cement & F&B factory is an advantage
- Lead a team of field service when needed. Set, monitor and review goals for the team
- Execute the training for customer’s engineers or workers
- Good in English is an advantage
- Willingness to travel.
