Responsible for full recruitment process including but not limited screening, interviewing, reference checking, staff orientation, employee benefit and compensation negotiation.
Develop and maintain recruitment policy (Internal Referral, Employee Branding), recruitment procedure in order to implement recruitment to meet human resource needs in terms of quality, quantity and time for the BU.
Create solution and submit proposal to fix the worker issue, search and negotiate pricing, quality expectation with outsourcing (Agent) to provide worker for production needs beside traditional recruitment.
Implement Exit process, prepare turnover rate report for BOD reviewing which create solution to fix the high turnover rate.
Studying and understanding market trends by conduct market salary survey and provide reporting for management view.
Work closly with Commercial Director to implement succession plan of Sales: Promotion criteria for sales team.
Support transferring, promoting, terminating are implemented properly based on HR policy.
2. People Engagement: Training, Event, Internal Communication
Conduct regularly training plan and intensive training plan through studying and understanding BU needs. Work with BU head to implement training course by using internal coaching.
Create internal communication content and design in term of HR, enhance communication between HR, BOD with employee by digital app, email, poster, banner and directy sharing, talking. Transfer direction, strategy, cultural from BOD, BJC Thai Land to employee through communication activities.
Conduct employee satisfaction survey to find out the improvement area needs for solution proposal.
