Job Description

Be our HR Representative in Ha Noi Office, located in 222 Tran Duy Hung, Cau Giay, Ha Noi.

1. Talent Acquisition (Mass): 80%

  • Responsible for identifying sourcing channels to approach and recruit qualified candidates
  • Seek for candidates through job posting, networking, talent hunting and through referrals or implement the Job fair.
  • Keep records of candidates’ database following company’s process and update recruitment record database in a timely and accurate way.
  • Coordinate test/ interview, negotiation, on board procedures.
  • Periodically report to TA Supervisor for recruitment status.
  • Control the personal profiles & labour contact of newcomers.

2. Data Analysis: 10%

  • Collect data on employee data management and employee surveys, employment records, and exit interviews
  • Coordinate with TA Supervisor to implement relevant Recruitment metrics in order to determine the efficiency and impact of the workforce

3. HN Office Admin: 10%

  • Pre-onboarding process for HN Office: support to prepare all logistics and working equipment for new hires (laptop/computer, working desk, stationary name tag, parking card....)
  • Off-boarding process: follow and coordinate with other departments to complete the Exit checklist of the resignation process for the HN officer’s employees.

4. Other HR jobs for project as required by TA Supervisor/ Head of HR.

Job Requirement

Qualification:

  • A university degree or higher preferably in Human Resource or related one

Relevant Experience:

  • At least 7 years of relevant working experiences in Mass Recruitment for Fashion, Retail or FMCG marketing preferably 
  • Relevant experience within the fashion field or a retail sector as HR Generalist.
  • Good experience in doing HR Analysis in advance

Skills and Personal Attributes:

  • Can handle tasks & work independently as Hanoi HR Representative
  • Positive, result-oriented and will power to strike for excellence
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to learn more the other tasks of HR department
