The candidate will likely come from the electronics industry with manufacturing and warehouse management background. We are looking for the following attributes:

• Maintain and control warehouse operational activities, including staffing, KPI, coordinate with other departments to ensure operational excellence.
• Ensure procedures and processes are up-to-date and executed accordingly.
• Comply changes made by government and company, implementation and execution accordingly.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting cycle physical counts; reconcile with ERP system.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse.
• Plans and implements new design layouts when it is required.
• Inspects and maintains equipment; issues work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Provides coaching, counseling, and disciplining to employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Inventory accuracy.

• University or equivalent degree or above, automated and electronic professional.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a warehouse manager position.
• Good English oral and writing ability.
• Working experience in electronics factory is preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of factory procedure and policy.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, leadership qualities and logical minded.
• Ability to work with all levels of company staff.
