· Ensuring a fast service process and high level of customer satisfaction by reconciling and finalizing retail invoices and repair documentation.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
· Reconciliation and finalization of job cards and invoices after repair completion, before submission for final check by Service Consultant and invoice issuance by accounting
· Review correct allocation of labor and parts to job cards and invoices, by considering Porsche repair standards, as well as Porsche parts and labor operation catalogues
· Reconciliation of invoices with confirmed quotations
· Review and reconciliation of job data and documentation between Dealer Management System (DMS) and Porsche Central Service System (PCSS)
· Review if additional job documents were uploaded to Dealer Management System (DMS) and Porsche Central Service System (PCSS), incl. but not limited to all job related checklists, Vehicle Analysis Logs (VAL), wheel alignment sheets, battery checklists, headlight adjustment reports, air conditioning system service reports, findings videos, repair contracts, loan car agreements etc.)
· Miscellaneous administrative tasks related to the repair documentation process
Other miscellaneous tasks and ad hoc assignments to support Porsche operations
Job Requirement
Minimum Qualifications:
· University degree holder
· Favorably basic knowledge about vehicle systems and technologies
· Favorably working experience in the automotive sector
