Job Description

1. Developing Procurement Strategies:

- Create sound and cost-effective strategies for purchasing materials required by the business.

- Continuously evaluate spending operations to enhance product quality and delivery timeliness.

2. Supplier Relations and Scouting:

- Maintain relationships with existing suppliers while actively seeking additional vendors.

- Scout for new suppliers to ensure a diverse and reliable supply chain.

3. Risk Management and Cost Analysis:

- Conduct cost analyses and set benchmarks for improvement.

- Develop risk management procedures to mitigate losses in case of product shortages.

4. Team Supervision and Delegation:

- Supervise a purchasing team and delegate tasks across departments when necessary.

- Collaborate with the legal department to ensure favorable contract terms.

5. Efficient Flow of Goods and Services:

- Regularly communicate with management regarding the flow of goods and services affecting production.

- Monitor delivery times from warehouses or manufacturing plants to retail locations.

6. Strategic Initiatives and Supplier Selection:

- Drive strategic supplier initiatives, including selection, development, consolidation, and platforming.

- Educate and enforce sourcing and procurement processes using innovative business acumen.

Job Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade University, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in procurement, vendor management, and supply chain.

- Have more experience about sourcing services of marketing such as KOL, events marketing & OEM making.

- Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with contract terms.

- Analytical mindset for cost analysis and risk assessment.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
