Job Description

1. Business Analyst – Data Management / Sharing and Collaboration

  • Business Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs, gather requirements, and document them for SharePoint solutions.
  • Analyze and document business processes to help identify how SharePoint can meet those requirements.
  • Solution Design: Design SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, and workflows to improve business efficiency and collaboration. Develop user-friendly interfaces and dashboards that align with company goals
  • Process Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate business processes using SharePoint workflows, Power Automate, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain user guides, process documentation, and training materials. Train end users to maximize the adoption and effective use of SharePoint tools.
  • Continually strive to improve the efficiency and usability of our SharePoint solutions, leveraging your ongoing research and understanding of business needs.

2. Customization & Configuration of Sharepoint and other tools

  • Customize SharePoint features and functionalities, leveraging tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and third-party integrations.
  • Develop workflows, forms, and solutions to meet business needs.
  • Manage, configure, and support SharePoint environment
  • Perform site collection and site management, including permissions, policies, and structure.

3. Governance & Compliance

  • Implement and maintain SharePoint governance policies to ensure data integrity, security, access controls, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Ensure SharePoint platforms adhere to security policies, data protection regulations, and compliance standards.

Job Requirement

  • Education & Major: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • English level: Proficient
  • Mininum of 3 years in SharePoint business analysis
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • SharePoint Expertise: Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, site collections, lists, libraries, permissions, and workflows.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other automation tools.
  • Ability in maintaining SharePoint environments, including security configurations, permissions, site structures, and content.
  • Knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting
  • Familiarity with SQL, HTML, or other scripting languages used in SharePoint customization.
