Job Description
Report to: Assistant to General Manager, General Manager
Scope of work:
- Manage and execute all shipping activities and responsible to the Management for professional field;
- Monitoring and evaluating staff performance, training and developing subordinate;
- Handle import, export shipments on time and accurately;
- Team members are given instructions to accurately and on time prepare and submit shipping and payment documents to forwarders and shipping lines.
- Have solid knowledge of customs regulations to act in accordance with them and perform well when dealing with them.
- Manage liquidation monthly and closing.
Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Foreign trade or other related majors
Experience:
- At least +05 years experienced in the same position, furniture manufacturing field is preferred
- Good knowledge of customs area and import-export procedure
- Good knoeledge of liquidation
- High level of spoken and written English
- Strong leadership
- Emergency handling ability.
