Shipping Specialist

Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
Handling the operation process of trucking plan/ shipping documentation/ customs clearance management for export shipment of EPE. Manage the shipping expense validation included (trucking/ customs clearance/ local charge cost for all ship mode) and responsible for consolidate the shipping expense report.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
• Handle export shipment plan, place cargo booking/SI submission to forwarder, trucking arrangement.

• Prepare Shipping/ Customs document, coordinate with customs broker to resolve any issue related to customs clearance process to align with delivery schedule.

• Follow up the shipment delivery completion and perform system billing transaction to record sales into system.

• Collecting sample shipment request/planning from Engineer/ NPI to process Courier booking & dispatch the shipment to regions.

• Key in charge in shipping expense validation & controlling included normal monthly expense & abnomal cost. Consolidate monthly expense report to leader.

• Others task assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirement

Education
University graduated
Experience
1-2 years in Manufacturing company (EPE is preferred).
Knowledge
Computer knowledge (excel, word, PowerPoint), good excel is required. Data analysis skill (Power BI/ Power Query) is preferred. Good in English communication (writing & speaking).
Functional Skills
Skilled in order processing, shipment arrangement & shipping expense controlling. Able to use VNACCS software.
Other Abilities
Able to work independently and under a tight time schedule. Good team working spirit.
