Site Developing Supervisor

Job Description

• Manage all leasing deals.
• Execute other tasks from Manager/ BOD.
• Manage and implement expansion plan including opening, renewal, relocation, closing any POS.
• Work closely with internal & external teams on contract to ensure best practice and cost saving.
• Run reports, P&L appraisal to analyse rental cost/ company, store budget.
• Maintain strong relationships with landlord for business opportunities and any supports.
• Manage team members’ efficiency.
• Report to Manager all tasks within the team.
