Main duties:
- Work with the Regional Director to provide insights on the business potential of the Center to develop annual targets/budgets for the center.
- Collaborate to allocate targets/KPIs to employees.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed branch KPIs, including revenue growth, loan portfolio management, and profit targets
- Oversee the implementation of business activities to meet or exceed annual KPIs, including revenue, loan disbursement, portfolio quality, and profit targets
- Plan and implement MSME customer acquisition programs for the center.
- Lead initiatives to acquire new SME clients and expand business with existing clients, focusing on sustainable growth and profitability.
- Responsible for the center's sales activities, including driving revenue, pre-tax profits, and improving overall cost efficiency in providing services to customers.
- Responsible for the quality of credit proposals and the quality of the loan portfolio (NPL).
- Work with the marketing team to design and execute local campaigns to promote microfinance products and services.
- Manage and optimize day-to-day operations of the Center, ensuring operational efficiency and high-quality service delivery to clients.
- Review and analyze branch financial performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Directly train, coach, and provide career development guidance to Center staff.
- Foster a professional and friendly working environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the financial or banking industry, with 4 to 6 years in managerial roles overseeing business units serving (SME) customer segment ( must have)
- In-depth knowledge of microfinance products, SME lending, and credit risk management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, staff, and the local community.
- Fluency in both Vietnamese and English (written and spoken)
