· Build and update compliance program to be in line with local regulation and Client standards.
· Prepare documents for third parties’ assessment and make corrective action plan (CAP)
· Conduct safety audit in factory and set up corrective action and monitor the improvement.
· Support all activities related to HSE.
· Support and assist departments to setup documents that appropriated to requirements and regulations of TCVN, BSCI, SMETA, SCAN and customer’s other requirements.
· Periodically push up the suppliers and sub-contractors to submit the necessary documents.
· Conduct subcontractor audit, 6S audit with the team.
· Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
· 1-2 years of experience working in HR or relevant experience.
· Having good knowledge of Labor Law & BSCI, Better Work, CTPAT.
· Strong communication skills (Vietnamese, English)
· Dynamic, teamwork and high learning ability, hardworking and a can-do attitude.
· Capable to work independently under pressure.
· Computer literacy with Microsoft Office & English communication is must.
