Software Tester

Job Description

1. Participate in software testing to ensure product quality meets requirements.
2. Analyze project requirements, create test plans, design test cases, and manage test data.
3. Execute data queries to verify accuracy and data integrity.
4. Perform various types of testing, including Functional Testing, UI Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, UAT, etc.
5. Research and develop automated test scripts for regression testing of key APIs.
6. Record, report, and track defects while coordinating with relevant teams to resolve them promptly.
7. Work closely with BAs, Developers, and Product Owners to ensure products meet specifications.
8. Suggest and implement testing process improvements to enhance product quality.
9. Utilize AI to optimize work efficiency, speed, and testing quality.

Job Requirement

• 1 - 3 years of experience in software QA/QC.
• Proficiency in test case design, test plan development, and test data management.
• Experience in testing across multiple platforms (web, mobile).
• Hands-on experience working with large datasets and using Excel/Google Sheets/SQL for data validation.
• Experience working with APIs using Postman.
• Preferred: Knowledge of Selenium, Cypress, or other automation testing tools.
• Strong requirement analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in task management tools like Jira or similar.
